PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
AvaSure LLC retains the right to use and publicize the name, image, likeness and other personal characteristics resulting from photographs, video footage and interviews taken of Registrant during Registrant’s attendance at the AvaSure Symposium 2025 conference event and activities (the “Materials”) for advertising, promotion, and other commercial and business purposes. AvaSure shall be the exclusive owner of all rights, including copyright. I acknowledge and agree that my registration and attendance of the AvaSure Symposium 2025 is valuable and sufficient remuneration from AvaSure in exchange for the Materials.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I waive all claims against AvaSure LLC, its parent company and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers (the “Released Parties”) for any injuries, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in AvaSure Symposium 2025 conference event and activities, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses that arise during or result from my participation in the AvaSure Symposium 2025 conference event and activities, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I acknowledge and agree that my registration and attendance of the AvaSure Symposium 2025 is valuable and sufficient remuneration from AvaSure in exchange for this Waiver of Liability.
